The 2017 Tubbs Fire was the most destructive wildfire in California history, burning the wine-growing Napa and Sonoma regions north of San Francisco.  The greatest losses occurred in Santa Rosa city where 2,800+ homes were incinerated (one neighborhood shown in the picture below ).
