Last week, I met a friend who’s active in business. He told me, “You know, a lot of my acquaintances are still not sure of who they’ll be voting for in the presidential election. They tell me ‘I might make up my mind as I get into the voting booth.’” “They’re voting for Donald Trump,” I told him. “They just don’t want to tell you.” Maybe they are embarrassed, or just not inclined to share with others that they’re angry and want change. Maybe it’s buyer’s remorse on Obama’s “fundamental transformation” of America that insults police. They know that their...

As radical Islamic maniacs stab people in Minnesota and set off bombs in New Jersey and New York, the White House and the left continue to live in a fantasy land. Yesterday, White House spokesman, Josh Earnest, all around purveyor of horse manure and spin stated that the country’s war with the Islamic State is a “narrative battle.” I thought I had heard war described in every possible way, but never in the dream world, academic, 1984 speak calling it a ‘narrative battle.’ Imagine Patton telling the Third Army, “Men, tomorrow we’re going to fight a narrative battle against the...

For over a year now, the mainstream press has attacked Trump for not being "presidential". Even still, citizens are genuinely concerned that their president look the part of a president and carry themselves in a way that makes us proud. So what exactly is meant when someone says a candidate looks or is "presidential"? And why should we care? This is the subject I'm going to explore and discuss in this vanity. JFK, Jackie and the Royalty of Camelot Well, to begin, I think our current notion of a "presidential" style was strongly influenced by JFK in the 1960s. ...

My unexpected encounter with a live snake lying in wait a few feet from where I was working inside the house, reminds me of what lies on the road to Election 2016. Shrieks to be heard coming from Lake Huron country yesterday morning were mine and not Hillary’s. My little dog Yankee tipped me off to its presence by trying to growl it away, and while someone else was getting rid of it, I was already out on the deck leading from the room where it was found, shivering and shaking. It was only a garter snake, and a little...

Obamacare was designed to fail. It’s a gigantic con job. It was drawn up in such a way that it would eventually collapse thus theoretically clearing the way for single-payer Well, DUH! Of course Obamacare was designed to fail. The system is built on lies. It is a Trojan horse for a total government takeover of health care in the United States. In an op-ed in The Hill, Jeffrey I. Barke, M.D., who practices family medicine in Newport Beach, Calif., examines the issue. He writes: As ObamaCare’s troubles mount, I’ve heard my patients and my peers in healthcare ask: How...

As the polls have sped in a pro-Trump direction over the course of the past week, Hillary loyalists and their media servants (but I repeat myself) have insisted that regardless of what you see in national polling, the electoral map is simply too difficult for Trump to actually give him a viable path to 270 electoral votes. Our rejoinder has simple: That’s true until national trends become so strong that state numbers start to follow, and suddenly the realities of the map change. I don’t know how sustainable Trump’s current momentum is, but I do know that if it continues...

After Hillary Clinton called out the Alt-Right and established that the fringe political sect was inexplicably linked to a decade old meme called “Pepe”, the Daily Beast’s Olivia Nuzzi did an article with two individuals who claimed to have helped establish Pepe the Frog as a white supremacist representing Donald Trump and the Alt-Right. The only thing is… everything the duo told Nuzzi turned out to be a lie. Nuzzi printed the article back on May 26th, 2016 on The Daily Beast. Jared T. Swift and Paul Town, two anonymous individuals who claimed to be white nationalists, fed Nuzzi a...

Tuesday’s broadcast of Morning Joe featured a graphic explaining that Donald Trump is losing support from millennial voters, except according to the poll they referenced, that’s not true. Hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough pointed to the most recent findings from Quinnipiac University....

I hope that putting this under Personal/Blogger makes it OK to promote my books. Promotion as in giving them away for free. I woke up one morning with an urge to write a book. Never wrote a book before. Knew it would have to be a Sci-Fi and it would involve the latest in quantum and information theory. Don't worry not too much quantum theory very approachable by the layman It was the wife that told me that if I was going to write a book that I should at least make it Christian or Christian influenced. She was not...

My only son is off to basic training for the Air Force. Adam is his name. The NAACP, The National Association for the Advancement of Colored people, in the 20th century were a pioneering Christian organization, many of who's members were also members of the clergy including a few whites. This courageous godly organization worked and strived to educate black people in the Democratically liberal south, many while under the constant threat of being murdered... We all heard the stories of lynchings, of assasinations by the Klan, by law enforcement and by vigilantes. Stories of white juries and judges exonerating even praising their killers, of churches bombed and how even being in possesion of an NAACP...

In an article titled North Korean Nukes, South Korea, Japan, China and Obama, posted the day after North Korea's most recent nuke test, September 9th, I contended that China would not honor Obama's request to make North Korea stop developing and testing nukes. China has remained a faithful ally of North Korea since the end stage of the Korean Conflict and "sees Obama, not as the representative of the world’s greatest power, but as a joke. He has no clout internationally and is a national embarrassment." NB: I had hoped to publish this article more than a week ago, but my...

There is one key fact to understand about Hillary Clinton, one unarguable truth that explains all of her terrible policy positions and her dishonest, self-defeating behavior. Everything she believes leads to this conclusion. Everything she does, even the stupid things that have hamstrung her, stem from it. Hillary Clinton hates you.

A state senator wants the Legislature to prohibit the city of Ann Arbor or any other local government from upping the legal age to purchase tobacco from 18 to 21. Sen. Rick Jones, R-Grand Ledge, has introduced Senate Bill 1066 to pre-empt local governments from imposing age limits on legal tobacco sales different from the age prescribed by state law (which is 18). “This local law will do absolutely nothing to stop people from smoking; they will simply drive just outside the city and purchase what they want,” said Jones, R-Grand Ledge, in a press release. “However, it will really...

Hillary’s eyes appeared not in-sync with one another, as the left eye looked to be cock-eyed and displaced, especially as she looked towards the left. A montage of Hillary’s eye-catching moments before a small group of Temple University students can be seen below in footage by The American Mirror..... http://www.theamericanmirror.com/mystery-going-hillarys-eyes-philly-speech/

Since its enactment in 1973, Michigan’s no-fault automobile insurance law has been blamed for steep increases in premiums paid by drivers. Michigan car insurance premiums are twice the national average. Previous efforts to reform the law failed to gain a consensus, but several legislators are pursuing changes they claim will bring automobile insurance costs more in line with the $1,325 per year national average. The average cost of insurance for Michigan motorists is $2,738 per year. Proponents of these changes argue that more affordable premiums would reduce the number of uninsured drivers in the state. $1,325 national average $2,738 Michigan...
