For the past three years I've labored to find creative and funny ways to present conservatism in a graphic way.Sometimes a blunt instrument is more appropriate, this is one of those times.

Dhimmitude is the status that Islam’s Sharia law imposes on non-Muslims, making them “…subject to a number of humiliating regulations designed to enforce the Qur’an’s command that they ‘feel themselves subdued.’” Threatened with being proclaimed “enemies of Islam [and becoming] fair game as objects of violence” should they rebel against their Muslim masters, dhimmis can forever be counted on to bend a knee in “chastened subservience” to the murderous legions of Allah. (1) Of course, the station of dhimmitude does not necessarily have to be FORCED on non-Muslims. Today there are many who willingly—even eagerly– submit to an existence of...

Employees of the City of Chicago are being given the opportunity to voluntarily sign up for a new “wellness” program. Those who don’t sign up will be assessed a $600/year penalty—a protocol remarkably similar to the “tax” levied by the IRS on those who fail to purchase insurance under Obamacare. Mayor Rahm Emanuel praised the program saying “it will change lives. Left on their own, too many people degenerate into massive blobs of flab. It is our job to see that this doesn’t happen.” The program will require employees to go through a physical and mental health assessment, comply with...

From WSJ: After David Hubbard underwent a routine echocardiogram at his cardiologist's office last year, he was surprised to learn that the heart scan cost his insurer $1,605. That was more than four times the $373 it paid when the 61-year-old optometrist from Reno, Nev., had the same procedure at the same office just six months earlier. "Nothing had changed, it was the same equipment, the same room," said Dr. Hubbard, who has a high-deductible health plan and had to pay about $1,000 of the larger bill out of his own pocket. "I was very upset." _____________________ Why? Because the...

There’s only one news item more important than the Big Blow deciding to skip Tampa: Maybe I’ll just go campaign in New Orleans instead And that’s the latest racist charge against Romney. Controversy raged all weekend about Mitt’s comment that they’re “gonna to put y’all back in chains!” No wait - that was our crazy uncle Joey wasn’t it? Yeah I said it! Butt I don’t know what it means... ...Butt we’re not going to dwell on this when we have other issues to deal with, like not raising enough money. In which case losing the reelection will not be...

In the Leftist controlled media stories are shouted if they are helpful to Democrats, whispered if they are bad news for Democrats... ".. why a new poll a new poll commissioned by the American Life League (ALL) is so important. The poll conducted between August 15 and 19 spoke to 900 self-identified Catholic registered voters. There are few English language superlatives that can accurately portray the findings of this survey. “Earth shaking” “Sea Change” “Devastating” read them and take your pick. The story was whispered on a recent NPR segment and here’s why. A stunning 27% of Catholics told the...

Just keeps getting better for Buckingham Palace... what an idiot this kid is: the queen caps an incredible 60+ year reign with super-impressive Jubilee celebrations, then the British Olympic team brings her the best UK performance in almost a century -right in London- so then Harry goes and does this to the poor thing (when she was his age she was touring bomb shelters!) But what else now, too? Sources close to the situation are saying there are major revelations from the Vegas debacle still yet to come... something apparently far worse than a few drunken strip-billiards pics: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- According to a source,...

This week we interview author John Ringo. He has had several books on the New York Times best seller list and he has over two million books in print. Ringo’s specializes in military science fiction. The Hitchhiker asks… Question 1- After reading There Will Be Dragons I had a sense that Heinlein had influenced your writing. Are you a fan of his work? Very much so. Heinlein is the absolute sine qua non of science fiction authors. While I haven’t read all of his works, I’ve read most and he’s definitely my favorite SF author influencing both my writing and...

There are two types of societies, production societies and rationing societies. The production society is concerned with taking more territory, exploiting that territory to the best of its ability and then discovering new techniques for producing even more. The rationing society is concerned with consolidating control over all existing resources and rationing them out to the people. The production society values innovation because it is the only means of sustaining its forward momentum. If the production society ceases to be innovative, it will collapse and default to a rationing society. The rationing society however is threatened by innovation because innovation...

There are some who will read this who believe Mitt Romney is no different, and certainly no better, than Barack Obama. I disagree with that, for a number of reasons, some of which I have stated before. Another reason I believe Mitt Romney would be a better President than the current resident of the White House is his energy policy. Let's look at some of the differences. Barack Obama On Energy What has Barack Obama done about our domestic energy since he took office. The most glaring example is how he has treated the coal industry. He openly stated his...

It didn't take long for liberals in the blogosphere to make backhanded and blatantly false accusations of racism against Congressman Paul Ryan, and you're not going to believe the rationale used for leveling the accusation. Apparently, Paul Ryan is a racist because.... Here's the scoop. Kelli Goff, the political writer for The Root, informs us that Ryan not only has a "Black sister-in-law," but that "his 'college sweetheart' was African-American" as well. And how, in heaven's name, do those facts make Ryan a racist? They don't, but that didn't stop Goff from using convoluted and almost comical 'reasoning' to make...

The Rethuglican War on Women gets personal in this bouncy THREAD by DUmmie Aerows, "Weird episode with, I can almost assure you, was a right winger." Indeed, it was a clear case of Sexual Harrassment, and DUmmie Aerows gets hot under the color! So let us enter the hyper-sensitive world where every woman is a victim, every man is a creep, and every creep is a right-winger, i.e., DUmmieland, in Bolshevik Red, while the commentary of your humble guest correspondent, Charles Henrickson, predicting that the Democrat Convention will paint the Rethuglicans as "The Party of Akin," is in the...

As one who regularly watches Greta's show on FNC, I've noticed these last several months that Rick Klein, ABC news senior political reporter, is all but a regular on her show. Indeed, he probably gets ten times the airtime on FOX that he gets on ABC. So, what's up with this?

Maybe NBC wallows in loony tunes liberal propaganda because its personnel lacks the competence required for factual reporting. For example: NBC News was one of the first to learn of the death of astronaut Neil Armstrong on Saturday, but instead announced the death of astronaut Neil… Young. “Astronaut Neil Young, first man to walk on moon, dies at age 82,” read the NBC News headline shortly after 3 pm EST, which was tweeted out and picked up by thousands of others before it was changed. As a refresher, Neil Young is a 66-year-old rock star who is very much alive.

History is an interesting teacher. The war on women has proceeded for a long time and in the 19th and early 20th century Democrats spearheaded the persecution against women working for suffrage. It was Republicans who championed the vote for women; Democrats vigorously opposed it. The first women delegates to political conventions were elected by Republicans. The 19th amendment to give women the vote was first introduced in 1878 by Sen. A.A. Sargent, a Republican from California. Here's more from the NFRW website: At the request of Susan B. Anthony, Sen. A.A. Sargent, a Republican from California, introduced the 19th...

The Obama administration has asked the Palestinian Authority to delay its bid to unilaterally declare a state at the United Nations until after November’s presidential election, a senior PA official told KleinOnline. The official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the request was passed to PA President Mahmoud Abbas’ office by the U.S. Consulate in Jerusalem earlier this month. The official said the PA has not yet made a decision about the timing of its application with the U.N. General Assembly for accepting “Palestine” as a non-member state. The official, however, did indicate Abbas is inclined toward waiting until after...

Just imagine you were looking at the charts on two different stocks, and deciding which one to buy. Here are the charts: ================================================ Stock BOJB: ================================================ Stock MRPR: ================================================ Now I'm no expert at charting stocks, but I'd say BOJB has gone as high as it will ever go, and looks ready for a drop, while MRPR hit a plateau after a nice run up, and looks ready to breakout soon!
