We need to keep this in mind as our “representatives” try to push gun bans. I don’t care if 99% of people are in support of gun bans (which is far from the case), it is a violation of our constitutional rights, plain and simple. A constitutional republic protects the rights of the individual even when their ideas are very much in the minority. If I were the only person in America who believed in the 2nd amendment, I would still be within my rights to call upon it. You would all think I was insane and possibly celebrate if...

The US military has refused a White House request to build migrant detention camps at the Southern Border crossing as thousands march through Mexico toward the United States, according to reports. The Pentagon's apparent rejection, which was disclosed to Reuters by unnamed officials, highlights the constant resistance against the Trump administration over using military resources to fortify the border against invasion from illegal immigrants.

Tell us if you've done this, come on fess up, you have at least one NERF gun in your home or office and have done the following when no one is watching: 'sliced the pie', hostage shots, body armor drills, quick-draw Doc Holliday trigger guard spins, open shirtless apex carry, look in the mirror and say 'you looking at me?', double tap on swimsuit model posters and long range "sniping". If you've done any of this you're a John Wick fan. Youtuber Corridor Digital did a three minutes of awesomeness a while back, substituting NERF guns for the real deal,...

I snapped to attention the first time I heard the term "service sex." I heard it in 2017, from a researcher at an annual sex researchers' conference in Montreal. This expert was describing straight women who were distressed because they didn't feel desire for their husbands or long-term partners. Wanting to keep their men happy, these women often had sex anyway, with a resigned attitude and little thought to their own pleasure. The mere existence of the term "service sex" suggests it is common enough to need a name. Several therapists I interviewed while researching "UNTRUE," a book about female...

Small hideout guns tend to be small caliber and that means ineffectual stoppers. The current crop of ultra-light polymer-framed .32s and .380s with double action only trigger mechanisms are also very hard to hit anything with. There is a more effective alternative available. American Derringer has beefed up the traditional Remington Double Derringer to .45 Colt caliber and it also will chamber the 2½-inch .410 shotgun shells. The .45 Colt is a one-shot stopper with a hit to the vitals, and you have two shots. It is a close range weapon, but then most gunfights are also close range and...

Comedy Central is poking fun at star-studded get-out-the-vote pushes in its first ever voter engagement campaign. “All Americans are asking themselves the same questions: How will I know if I should vote if celebrities don’t tell me to?” actors say in the new video from the cable network, released Thursday. “Does Emma Stone think I should vote? What about John Krasinski?” some wonder aloud. “Many normal Americans like us don’t know what we should do until celebrities tell us what to do,” the actors says. Tom Holland, Tom Hardy, Thomas the Tank Engine: Should I vote?” one asks. The video...

Just in time for the midterm elections, Ben & Jerry's ice cream has launched "pecan resist," a flavor the company says is meant to convey that "We can peacefully resist the Trump administration's regressive and discriminatory policies and build a future that values inclusivity, equality, and justice for people of color, women, the LGBTQ community, refugees, and immigrants." The pump action gun design is as American as it gets. One of the most prolific was the old Winchester Model 1890 that came in various of .22 caliber rimfire chambers. Once popularized in the shooting galleries and carnivals, the pump .22 has withered into the past. In such a huge market of .22 rifles, Henry is famous for its lever-action rifles. But, Henry Repeating firearms still thinks theres still a place for the pump action with its Pump Action rifle in .22LR and .22 WMR. At a quick glance if this pump action reminds you of the old gallery...

Shooting in terrible conditions is a nightmare that every hunter dreads. Those bold enough to continue hunting regardless of the conditions deserve recognition for their tenacity. However, some hunters might be unaware of the factors involved in certain conditions and others might know that some "bad" conditions are actually misconceptions. Boldness will only get you so far. Hunting in bad conditions comes down to experience and practice. Every extremity requires a different understanding of the environment in each particular situation. Sometimes it’s knowing how to read wind patterns, while other times it’s a matter of not passing out from extreme...

A poll from Emerson taken two weeks ago showed him springing out to a seven-point lead but some of the demographic results there seemed … unlikely. How about a new one from Reuters-Ipsos showing Heller up six? Do we have a trend? Heller with a bigger lead in Nevada than Cruz has in Texas, huh? Although there does seem to be something of a trend in the Nevada polling over the last six weeks. Here was the state of play before today’s new data from Reuters. The table shows the oldest surveys at the bottom, the newest at the top:
