He’s not much of a Christian, that is, in the biblical sense. He makes his own ethic. He does not regard the biblical morality as divinely revealed otherwise he would line up with God’s lifestyle as do all committed believers. Therefore, if the Vatican gains Tony Blair on its membership role, what of it? It won’t make a difference to God. God wants Blair to obey the biblical ethic, convinced that Christ is God as Lord, personal Savior.
