LOUISVILLE, Ky. —A trick used worldwide has hit the Louisville area. Investigators are warning the public about the black money scam used to swindle people out of thousands. "In this situation we came across something unique. A scam in our community we had ever seen before," said Louisville Metro Police Chief Steve Conrad.
