    MIAMI BEACH— A woman drove her car into Biscayne Bay near the Julia Tuttle Causeway Thursday evening in an attempt to kill herself and her two children, WPLG-Ch. 10 reported. The incident happened about 6 p.m. near Alton Road and the causeway. The station reported that a witness told police that he saw the female driver get out of the partially submerged car and try to hold one of the two children under water.
