JOE Biden's glamorous 33-year-old niece has a string of offenses, including drunk driving and hitting a cop, but has not been jailed. Caroline Biden was busted in August 2019 for driving under the influence and without a license, the New York Post reported. In 2013 she was booked for allegedly hitting an NYPD cop, the outlet reporter, during a meltdown at her Manhattan apartment. However the case was dismissed as she agreed to go to anger management treatment. Just years later, in 2017, she spent more than $110,000 on a stolen credit card, the outlet claimed.

Joe Biden's niece, Caroline Biden, got into some trouble with the law last fall, getting herself arrested after taking a swing at a cop who responded to a call about a fight Biden got in with her roommate. But because no cops were injured, prosecutors agreed to let her avoid jail and to dismiss her case if she stays out of trouble. Biden wasn't in court (she's at an inpatient facility for "her issues"), but her two lawyers "presented a sworn affidavit indicating she would accept the offer."
