Beverly Hills’ only gun shop, Beverly Hills Guns, received an order on April 7 advising the shop that it has 60 days to close. Store owner Russell Stuart told Breitbart News the order came from property management. He recounted that his secretary received an envelope and walked to Stuart with sorrow in her eyes. Stuart opened the envelope and read the order. Beverly Hills Guns has been in existence for two years, at the same address, with zero issues. Stuart explained that the order to shutter the current store means he will have to find a new location, sign a...
  • Dirt-Like Odor in Water No Cause For Alarm: District

    06/29/2016 11:08:32 AM PDT · by nickcarraway · 21 replies
Water users in the South Bay may have noticed a dirt-like smell coming from their faucets, but the Santa Clara Valley Water District said there's no cause for alarm. Geosmin...

Dems plot to protect Napolitano By: Jake Sherman and John Bresnahan January 8, 2010 03:16 PM EST Democrats worried about protecting the homeland in wake of the Christmas Day terror plot are also working to protect one of their own: Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano. With at least seven congressional committees investigating the failures behind the terror plot, Democrats are carefully gaming out the testimony of Napolitano to spare her from the worst of the GOP criticism. First, they may shield her from the Senate Judiciary Committee, keeping conservative senators like Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.), John Cornyn (R-Texas), Tom Coburn (R-Okla.)...
  • Et tu? An Open Letter to B & H!

As a photographer, I find B&H unequaled! So, what’s the beef? This past Sunday they had an event titled: Women in Photography, featuring a panel of top women photographers, this should have been a nice, informative session with great professionals discussing their work, their techniques while presenting a slide show of each individual’s shots. And it almost was just that, as it was billed. But… a friend who attended was deeply hurt at what turned out to be an underhanded, hit below the belt, political session! The event was not meant as a bully pulpit for Ms. Tufankjian’s political views,...
