The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories recently upgraded Tropical Storm Cristobal...located about 335 miles east of Jacksonville Florida. Tropical Depression Bertha is located near LaFayette Louisiana and is moving slowly southward. This system is producing locally heavy rainfall....especially east of the low-level center.
