As WKRG reported, 23-year-old Atmore resident Sara Milliken won Miss Alabama on her third try over Memorial Day weekend. The morbidly obese Milliken claimed her goal was only to make the top 10 after failing even to place in her previous two attempts. Yet, she is now Miss Alabama. A few days later, despite an array of stunningly beautiful, charming, and intelligent women to choose from in the Miss Maryland USA pageant, the contest’s judges awarded the crown to a biological male who goes by the name of Bailey Anne Kennedy. How did this happen? You know the answer as...

These physical markers of our shared past help to bind us together, gluing us to history and the promise of future generations. The left’s jihad against statues and public memorials has finally hit a roadblock. After removing statues of Gen. Robert E. Lee, President Theodore Roosevelt, Christopher Columbus, and the Confederate Memorial at Arlington, a New York Times columnist even suggested that the father of our country be ripped off like a filthy Band-Aid and tossed. But it was the founder of Pennsylvania, William Penn, who resisted and won.The National Park Service planned to remove Penn’s statue in Philadelphia’s Welcome Park...

The trans activist company behind the Miss Universe pageant has sensationally filed for bankruptcy just days before the pageant is due to take place in El Salvador. Thai-native and trans woman Anne Jakrajutatip acquired the event for $20 million in 2022 from IMG Media, adding it to the portfolio of JKN Global Group. Between 1996 and 2015, the Miss Universe Pageant was part of Donald Trump's business empire. The company also owns Miss USA and Miss Teen USA. The bankruptcy comes after the company missed out on fulfilling a $12 million loan repayment. Despite the setback, JKN has been bullish...

The worst things about life in modern Australia are terrible. Government tyranny and bureaucratic stupidity are the norms. Criminal-at-large Daniel Michael Andrews is still in power as premier of Victoria. But an underlying reality is a human cultural foundation which, while under threat, has not been entirely destroyed - not yet. This foundation includes beautiful, religious, courageous, honest people like Monica. Praise the Lord.

One birth of the bikini on Frenchwoman Micheline Bernardini‘s body in a photo shoot on July 5th, 1946, owes its then new name to the island where, four days earlier, America tested one of the first of the atomic weapons which still both terrify and (hopefully) stabilise the modern world. Robbie Robertson, one of my favourite guitarists, who was born on July 5, but in 1943, said: “You don’t stumble upon your heritage. It’s there, just waiting to be explored.” God Bless Beauty And The Fearsome Freedom To Enjoy It

1) This is just some random street in a busy shopping area in December in Dublin, Ireland. 2) These are average, randomly appearing Dublin women and girls. Of the dozens, I only saw 1 overweight woman. Many looked like models. 3) Impeccable sense of style, perfect hair, great skin unembellished by pock-marked drug usage signs, absence of tattoos on face/neck, no trashy clothes. 4) No weird purple haired trannies, no homeless people, no criminals, everyone in a good mood. Why such a contrast with our big cities on the west coast? What went wrong here? What is your experience elsewhere...

The Miss Israel beauty contest will not be held this year, ending a run of annual competitions that started in 1950. As a result, Israel will not be sending a contestant to the international Miss Universe contest to be held January in the US. The move by organizers of the Israel contest, which was quietly announced last week, drew a range of responses from past winners, from lamenting the development to welcoming the event’s demise. In recent years the pageant has faced criticism for judging women on their physical appearance.

Since the premiere of real-life criminal drama shows "The Dropout" and "Inventing Anna," America has become enraptured with the stories of Elizabeth Holmes and Anna Sorokin. Each series resulted in numerous hot takes on social media, with discourse around how two women managed to dupe the country's "elite" and heads of multi-million dollar companies, using what turned out to be elaborate schemes. We are not here to discuss whether the victims of these scams deserved their fates, or whether the consequences matched the crime, but rather illuminate one fact that has become clear with these stories: these women were only...

The single-celled protozoan Toxoplasma gondii is a fascinating parasite. Replicating only in cat intestines, it is excreted in feces and subsequently spreads to many other organisms, not just felines. Inside these critters, it winds its way to the brain and transforms into numerous cysts, patiently waiting to return to its desired nine-lived host. But, though dormant, it is not entirely inert. T. gondii actually alters its host's behavior. Mice, for example, grow less fearful of cats, making them easier prey. Just like T. gondii wanted... Humans are also affected by T. gondii. About one in ten Americans and a third...

According to a study by renowned cosmetic surgeon Julian De Silva, Bella Hadid holds the crown for the most beautiful woman in the world. De Silva compiled his list of top 10 women by using what is referred to as the Golden Ratio theory. This "divine proportion" was theorized in Ancient Greece, then used during the Renaissance by esteemed artists to create perfect works of art. Relishing in modern-day time, the cosmetic surgeon has made completely different use of the rule in order to reveal which women are mathematically close to physical perfection. To calculate this golden number of beauty,...

A woman who jumped to her death from a skyscraper in New York City on Sunday morning has been identified as former Miss USA Cheslie Kryst. Kryst, 30, was a lawyer and also worked as a correspondent for the entertainment show Extra. She won the Miss USA pageant in 2019. Kryst, who had an apartment on the ninth floor of the building, leaped from the Midtown high-rise around 7:15am and was found dead on the sidewalk beneath the 60-story hi-rise. She had last been seen on one of the building's terrace, up on the 29th-floor.

As every woman knows, there’s no such thing as the perfect body. But that has not stopped scientists from quantifying every inch of the female form. From eyelash length to ankle circumference, experts have devised countless mathematical formulae to determine the scientific ideal of beauty. While some date back to ancient times and have been employed by artists such as Leonardo da Vinci, others have been dreamt up by modern-day beauty professionals. This week, a survey by cosmetic surgery provider, Transform Hospital Group, revealed that many of the most requested facial traits seen in celebrities conform to these statistics.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows: Section 1. Purpose. Societies have long recognized the importance of beautiful public architecture. Ancient Greek and Roman public buildings were designed to be sturdy and useful, and also to beautify public spaces and inspire civic pride. Throughout the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, public architecture continued to serve these purposes. The 1309 constitution of the City of Siena required that “[w]hoever rules the City must have the beauty of the City as his foremost...

When the now-successful family practice doctor was interviewed for a place at medical school at the start of her career, the interviewer bluntly asked her whether she had cheated on her Medical College Admission Test. “Usually we don’t see women with your hair color score this well,” he pronounced. The then-22-year-old blonde was shocked, but she held her head high and replied: “No, I didn’t cheat — I worked very hard to achieve that score.” Nine years on, successfully employed as the only female partner in a Las Vegas family health practice, the doctor is still being undermined because of...

As the Republican National Convention wrapped up last night, an amazing thing happened. Schubert's Ave Maria was sung in Latin by opera singer, Christopher Macchio. It was a beautiful moment. This was a master-stroke by Trump, likely suggested by Melania. I have posted it on some Catholic F-Book groups and it is being shared like wildfire. If you missed it, have a listen. While the rest of us can’t imagine life without beauty, its absence would certainly make life easier for evolutionists. They will just have to accept their beautiful plight. I don’t often think about evolution, but I recently found myself doing so under the warm, cerulean waters of Sharks Cove on the North Shore of Oahu. I was snorkeling, taking in the tropical fish schooling around me. I thought, how did their diverse and extravagant beauty come to exist? If natural selection is the engine that created the living world, what is the reason behind this opulence? Why does beauty even...
