Students in Michelle Wheland's class at Badger Mountain Elementary in Richland, work Tuesday using lanterns and flashlights. Students found the power out when they got to school but teachers and staff made the best of it. Some classes met in hallways to read and do projects while others used whatever source of light they could find.
