Similarly, today, it is surprising to hear with what composure, and how glibly, members of the public, and even politicians, talk of a second American civil war. Some conservatives assume that they, having more arms and more training and practice in using them, would quickly prevail over the soy-boy Left. Proficiency with firearms will be no match for nuclear bombs, which Democrat Eric Swalwell has already suggested deploying domestically. The Democrats are busy even now destroying the institutions of government, the institutions for the peaceful adjustment of differing interests. They are doing this through the Mueller witch hunt, bureaucratic and...

Democrat member of the Minnesota House of Representatives Aisha Gomez was caught on video Thursday night engaged in protests with the violent leftist group Antifa. After President Trump finished his rally in Minneapolis, members of the group assaulted Trump supporters and burned "Make America Great Again" hats. "Rep. Aisha Gomez (DFL) of the Minnesota House of Representatives is caught on video protesting with ANTIFA in the streets outside Target Center during President Donald Trump's visit to MN. CNN primetime host Chris Cuomo took on President Trump during his Monday evening show, over the President doubling down on his Charlottesville comments and condemning Democrats’ support of late-term abortion. Cuomo expressed shock that Trump would compare abortion to murder, and adamantly defended the leftist anarchist group Antifa, saying they couldn’t be compared to neo-Nazis and were working for a "good cause." Cuomo spent a good deal of Cuomo Prime Time arguing with Trump supporter Steve Cortes that Antifa was committed to a good cause and were morally superior to neo-Nazis. “You make a moral equivalent between those two actions,...

After months of delays, a trial date has finally been set for Yvette Felarca and two other men who were involved in a protest that turned into a bloody brawl back in 2016. Trial for Michael Williams, Yvette Felarca and Porfirio Paz was set for July 15 at Sacramento County’s downtown courthouse, blocks from the violent June 2016 clash with members of the white supremacist groups Traditional Workers Party and Golden State Skinheads on the Capitol grounds. Each faces assault charges in a case that Berkeley teacher-activist Felarca’s attorney again called a “witch hunt” Tuesday. “The whole nature of this...

Yvette Felarca, a leader of the Antifa group By Any Means Necessary, has been ordered by a judge to pay $20,000 in attorneys fees to Judicial Watch. Berkeleyside reports the judge determined the case brought by Felarca was frivolous: In his order, Judge Vince Chhabria called Felarca and her colleagues’ lawsuit against Berkeley Unified, in which conservative organization Judicial Watch was named a party, “frivolous” and “unreasonable.”… The case stems from a 2017 records request filed by Judicial Watch. The group asked Berkeley Unified for all emails sent among district and King Middle School staff related to Felarca and her...

Zachary Greenberg, the man who allegedly attacked conservative activist Hayden Williams at UC Berkeley, had his firearms confiscated because of a restraining order against him, according to Williams’ lawyer, Harmeet Dhillon. In video of the alleged altercation, Greenberg appeared to attack Williams on Feb. 19, despite not being a student at the school. He pleaded not guilty to three felony charges and one misdemeanor charge. Dhillon released the new information during a Wednesday interview with Tucker Carlson.

Following the shooting death of a local antifa radical earlier this month, police in Eugene, Ore., on Monday found incendiary devices planted outside their headquarters. "I don't know what kind of damage they could have done," Lt. David Natt said. "This is not a hoax device. These are very serious matters." KMTR reported: The devices are now at the Eugene Police forensics lab for processing. "Our hope is we get some physical evidence off it, and that physical evidence leads us to potentially somebody involved in the production and/or deployment of these devices," Natt said. Natt declined to describe the...

Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler came under fire over a viral video showing Antifa protesters blocking traffic and harassing drivers, but he says he supports the decision by police to watch from a distance without getting involved. “I was appalled by what I saw in the video, but I support the Portland Police Bureau’s decision not to intervene,” he said at a Friday press conference. “This whole incident will be investigated.” The video posted by journalist Andy C. Ngo showed protesters, including members of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, blocking an intersection and attempting to direct traffic at while officers on...

Last week, President Trump held a meeting with evangelical leaders in the White House State Dining Room in which he said about the stakes in the 2018 midterm elections, and I quote: This November 6 election is very much a referendum on not only me, it’s a referendum on your religion, it’s a referendum on free speech and the First Amendment. It’s a referendum on so much. It’s not a question of like or dislike, it’s a question that they will overturn everything that we’ve done and they will do it quickly and violently. And violently. There is violence. When...

Portland, Oregon, has gradually become the laughingstock of the country. The far left began moving there in droves a few years ago, taking over the city and transforming it to their liking. Taxes and regulations increased. Many of the changes involved implementing more aggressive environmental laws, some that seemed based on junk science. Money was directed into public transit instead of relieving motor vehicle traffic congestion, leading to the fifth-worst traffic in the nation. The TV comedy “Portlandia” emerged, making fun of the city’s nuttiest aspects. The far left in Portland became obsessed with protesting white supremacy through violence. They...

Police in Berkeley, California, released names and headshots of individuals arrested during a Sunday protest, and Antifa and its allies are not pleased. The Berkeley Police Department published the information for 15 out of 20 individuals it arrested on its Twitter feed to much criticism from left-wing activists, reported The Guardian. Berkeley police’s tweets included arrested individuals’ names, ages, city of residence, as well as the charge on which they were arrested.

There was another Patriot Prayer rally in Portland this weekend and Portland police are being criticized this morning by the ACLU for their rough treatment of Antifa. From KATU: The American Civil Liberties Union of Oregon said Portland Police Bureau’s response to Saturday’s protest was “completely unacceptable” in a statement it issued Sunday. The Police Bureau is under scrutiny after some protesters reported they were injured when officers used “less lethal” force to control the crowd. Now, police say they’re conducting an internal investigation to see if officers followed bureau policies. Even Kathy Griffin is upset:

Berkeley police deliberately allowed masked “Antifa” anarchists to jump a barricade and attack a demonstration by a peaceful right-wing group on Sunday, leading to five assaults, including on Patriot Prayer group leader Joey Gibson. The counter-demonstration had reportedly been “largely peaceful” until that point. The police later defended their decision by arguing that keeping the anarchists out would have led to greater violence. There was “no need for a confrontation over a grass patch,” Berkeley police chief Andrew Greenwood said, according to the San Jose Mercury News. The original “No to Marxism” protest had been denied a permit by the...

An armed Antifa group is launching a new cell in Philadelphia, with support from the “alt-left” alternative media. The group currently hosts anti-police workshops called “Our Enemies in Blue.” The group draws inspiration from convicted murderers and calls for violence against the police, theft of goods, and armed insurrection. Antifa websites like It’s Going Down, Sub.Media and Insurrection News have been promoting the group, which calls itself the Revolutionary Abolitionist Movement, calling on their readers to donate to a Fundrazr account for the creation of the new cell. The press release the group published in far-left media is filled with...

BOSTON — “SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!” counter-protesters screamed at a Donald Trump supporter wearing an American flag around his shoulders. “We’re not Nazis,” the man in question told The Daily Caller as he scuffled away from the mob. “We’re here to exercise our American tradition of free speech.” He was spat on. Water was thrown on him. His Make America Great Again Hat was knocked off, twice. Nobody broke up the conflict: they were too busy filming from their smartphones like an episode of “Black Mirror.” “YOU KILLED HEATHER [Heyer]!” someone screamed. His companion told them that he served in the...

In their efforts to drive political opponents from the public square, self-described “anti-fascists” (or “antifa”) are utilizing a disgusting and degrading weapon: human urine. In just the latest instance of weaponized urine, counter-protesters demonstrating against a free speech rally in Boston on Saturday flung urine-filled bottles at police officers trying to maintain order amidst an already tense political climate. The Boston Police Department sent out a message on Twitter urging demonstrators not to assault officers with urine, but it’s unclear if it had any effect. Boston Police Commissioner William Evans stated at a press conference later that day that protesters...

As colleges and universities prepare for the return of students in the coming weeks, one of the few administrators willing to criticize the tidal wave of intellectual intolerance on campus is expecting “a mess” when the new semester dawns. Oklahoma Wesleyan University President Dr. Everett Piper gained tremendous notoriety in 2015 when he wrote an opinion column decrying universities for coddling student demands for safe spaces and the eradication of ideas that don’t mesh with the orthodoxy of political correctness. In that column, he famously declared that a college is not a daycare. He is now author of “Not A...
