BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - A man who authorities say broke into a mansion belonging to celebrity fitness trainer Gunnar Peterson is recovering after being stabbed by a private security guard. Nicholas Marino, 23, of Newport Beach, was hospitalized Thursday in stable condition after being treated for his injuries during a struggle late Wednesday, police Lt. Mitch McCann said.
