A Southern California couple packed up their three-month-old Pug and a picnic lunch and headed to the dog park to enjoy the nice weather. Little did they know that the day would end with a trip to the emergency room and a police report. Ash O’Brien and her husband, Jarrett Kelley, were sitting at a table at the Dusty Rhodes Dog Park in Ocean Beach when a lady flipped out about the pair not wearing a mask and bringing food into the park, which is against the rules. According to O'Brien and Kelley, no one else was at the park...

New York State Attorney General Letitia James signed off on a Harvey Weinstein settlement deal that included terms she supposedly promised victims' attorney wouldn't be included. The settlement deal that James approved was negotiated by lawyer Elizabeth Fegan, acting on behalf of multiple Weinstein accusers and is now off the table after it was rejected by Manhattan Federal Judge Alvin Hellerstein on July 14. In his decision, Hellerstein called the deal 'obnoxious' and said that Fegan 'was wasting (her) time.'

Many Democrats who once loudly proclaimed that we must believe all women when it comes to sexual assault allegations are now changing their tune. Democratic Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, a potential vice presidential pick, is one of them. CNN’s Jake Tapper asked Whitmer on Sunday why she believes Joe Biden’s denial of the alleged assault but did not extend the same courtesy to Justice Brett Kavanaugh over allegations from Dr. Christine Blasey Ford. “Just because you’re a survivor doesn’t mean that every claim is equal,” she said. “I have read a lot about this current allegation, I know Joe Biden,...

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D), frequently mentioned as a top contender for presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden's running mate, said Sunday that she believes Biden's denial of a sexual assault allegation against him. "I have read a lot about this current allegation. I know Joe Biden, and I have watched his defense. And there's not a pattern that goes into this," Whitmer said on CNN's "State of the Union" Sunday. "I don't believe that it's consistent with the Joe Biden that I know. And I do believe Joe, and I support Joe Biden." Tara Reade alleges that Biden pushed...

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) told a reporter that she doesn't "need a lecture or a speech" comparing the treatment of sexual assault allegations against former Vice President Joe Biden and Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Washington Examiner reporter Kerry Picket asked Pelosi at a press conference how "Democrats square with the idea that they're essentially standing by Biden but used a comparatively different standard with Justice Kavanaugh when you demanded an investigation against Kavanaugh when a similar allegation came out against him." “I respect your question, and I don’t need a lecture or a speech,” Pelosi responded. “I have...

Democratic leaders in Congress continued on Sunday to remain quiet on the sexual assault allegations leveled against their party’s presumptive presidential nominee Joe Biden, even as anger over the accusations mounted from the party’s more progressive wing. Neither House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., nor Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., have made any public comment about the allegations by Tara Reade, a staffer for Biden in 1993, that the then-senator from Delaware sexually assaulted her. Pelosi and Schumer’s offices did not return Fox News request for comment. There is growing anger from both progressive Democrats and supporters of the #MeToo...

The Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia is actively investigating the complaint against Joe Biden brought by Tara Reade, the woman who accused Biden of sexually assaulting her in 1993, despite her allegation being impossible to prosecute since it is past the statute of limitations. “This is an active, ongoing investigation, and there are no further details to provide at this time,” a Metropolitan Police Department spokesperson told the Washington Examiner Tuesday regarding Reade’s case. “Cases that are handled by the Metropolitan Police Department’s Sexual Assault Unit go through a multi-review prior to being assigned a disposition. Dean Baquet is not a very bright guy. The New York Times isn't there for any obvious reason except his willingness to be both a token, and, unlike his predecessor, submissive to the Sulzberg clan, while pushing assorted identity politics agendas. It takes a very 'not bright guy' to make the admission that Baquet did about the Times' hit piece on Tara Reade, the former Biden Senate staffer who had accused him of sexual assault. The New York Times whitewashing piece had initially included and then deleted a paragraph that attracted a lot of attention. ***"The Times found no pattern...
