COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- The first time Domonique Foxworth listened to Andrew Crummey, really listened, he thought Crummey was an idiot. The Maryland football team rode on a bus last spring from campus to the State Capitol. Coach Ralph Friedgen is a big believer in exposing his team to the workings of government, and the Terrapins went to hear a proclamation read in their honor in the state House of Delegates.
