This story is insane... Kimya Holmeso, a Democrat Judge, is running for re-election in Louisiana. Her former fiancé, Arthur Allen, was charged with stealing over $712,000 in COVID relief funds. During their time together, Allen reportedly gifted Holmes a $765,000 house, a diamond ring, and a Corvette. Holmes is now claiming that she "didn't know" he was charged with a felony until he pleaded guilty. She has since broken off the engagement. She continues to live in the same house he gifted to her.
