Provo police are searching for a man who shot the driver of an SUV that sped through a crowd of protesters Monday night. The man, drove himself to Utah Valley Hospital, according to police. A group protesting police brutality had gathered at the intersection of University Avenue and Center Street on Monday evening. Police arrested a third person in connection with a violent incident during a protest in downtown Provo on June 29. Ogden native Bradley Walters was taken to the Utah County Jail on Wednesday night on felony charges of aggravated assault and rioting.
