Police arrested a third person in connection with a violent incident during a protest in downtown Provo on June 29.
Ogden native Bradley Walters was taken to the Utah County Jail on Wednesday night on felony charges of aggravated assault and rioting.
An affidavit of probable cause was filed by Provo Police explaining Walters’ involvement in the incident at the intersection of University Avenue and Center Street on June 29.
“Bradley Walters was recorded in the middle of the intersection pulling a revolver handgun and pointed it at the driver of the vehicle as Jesse (Taggart) was chasing the vehicle through the intersection,” the affidavit says. “Bradley continued running after the vehicle while pointing his gun at the driver, until the vehicle was gone.”
Police found the gun still in Walters’ possession when he spoke to them later that night. Taggart, who was arrested June 30 on attempted aggravated murder charges, fired multiple rounds at the car as it attempted to turn onto Center Street and then as it sped away down University Avenue.

Peace officers are making legal judgements that a vehicle is a legitimate weapon of self-defense when trapped by a howling democrat Nazi mob.
Had one incident this week in a community near me. The Nazi democrat mob attacked a truck driver with bats and bricks. The democrat mobsters were arrested and charged with criminal damage to a vehicle and rioting. The driver was not charged with running over the rioters.
Perhaps some measure of common sense is returning.
These violent rioters need to be punished by the law, or regular Americans will take the law into their own hands.
Rioters must understand that many people in their cars, when surrounded by a mob doing physical damage to their vehicle, and threatening them with bodily harm, often subscribe to the thought that they would rather be tried by twelve than carried by six. So the mob should position themselves so as not to hinder the ability of the driver to exit the scene in pursuit of their safety. In simple language—do not get in front of the car.

The counterattack against the BLM racists kicked off back on June 1. The BLM racists tried to attack a Mexican community outside of Chicago. The Mexicans set up barricades and manned those barricades with people carrying AKs. The black racists were attacked, and pulled out of cars and beaten.
It set up a classical confrontation between the black racist mayor of Chicago and a Mexican councilman who represented his neighborhood. Mayor Groot of Chicago accused the Mexicans of racism for not allowing her black thugs to burn down Mexican neighborhoods. The Mexican councilman told Groot to go “F” herself.
Since June 1, the black racist BLM has been pinned down in Chicago and can’t move.

I am a peaceable man. I will avoid confrontation and violence if at all possible. The best gun fight is the one that does not happen. I am always armed anyplace it is legal.
I have been shooting since a youth under my grandfathers instruction 55 years ago. I am extremely adept with firearms and have such of great efficiency and accuracy both short range and long range for in my house or outside. They are always ready. I live out in the countryside. I wish no harm to innocents. Invade my land with malice or my home you are dead. I live in Texas and know the law.
Oddly where I live is mostly retired military. Bad guys would be fools to do crime here. On my land is a rifle range and pistol range. My neighbor to the North has his range also as my neighbor to the South. We shoot together at times. I also hear gunfire that is not on our ranges but a mile or more away on other ranges. It is the sound of freedom. I love where I live.

Samantha Darling’s page had links to InsurgenceUSA...this is the group founded by the pro BLM guy [Sullivan] who took video of the shooting of the woman at the Capitol building on Jan 6.
It makes me wonder if she was who it is claimed she was, just a Trump supporter, or if there is more to the story.
