Mississauga, Ont., teen strangled in 2007 after argument over hijab. The father and brother of Aqsa Parvez have pleaded guilty to killing the Mississauga, Ont., teenager. Muhammad Parvez, 60, and his son, Waqas, 29, entered pleas of guilty to second-degree murder ... Her death prompted debate over the wearing of the hijab.
