A Colorado landlord has agreed to sell a troubled apartment complex that was taken over by the violent Venezuelan migrant gang Tren de Aragua. I was able to capture a major 4-alarm fire which broke out at a North Dallas apartment complex last night -the video is at my blog. I happened to be visiting some friends when we heard the sirens.
