Pictures have been released showing inmates at Camp Delta in Guantanamo Bay being told their 'rights.'Detainees were told they could make an appeal to a military panel to end their imprisonment. The US Supreme Court has already said that they can appeal to America's civil courts as well.'In several instances, detainees chose to ignore the reading, chose to tear up the paper that had been given to them with the information on it,' Deputy Comissioner Brian Janke said.Some 15 people at Guantanamo Bay have been identified as potential defendants for military tribunals.
