    A Tiburon man was arrested Monday on allegations he tried to run over a pedestrian because he didn't like his jacket, police said. Eugene Thomas Anderson, 31, was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. His bail was set at $50,000. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. in downtown Tiburon, where police received numerous calls on a reckless driver on Tiburon Boulevard, said police Sgt. Steve Hahn.
