Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy was due to meet U.S. President Donald Trump's Ukraine envoy, Keith Kellogg in Rome on Wednesday, the Ukrainian leader's spokesperson said, shortly after Trump pledged to send more defensive weapons to Kyiv.
