Federal judge Andrew Hannen, Brownsville, Texas has threatened to hold DHS Secy Jeh Johnson and top US immigration officials in contempt. The DOJ said about 2,000 individuals had been sent three-year work authorizations after Judge Hanen temporarily blocked Obama's immigration action Feb. 16. The judge had issued the injunction at the request of a coalition of 26 states, led by Texas, which filed to stop Obama’s action as unconstitutional.
