A fifth-grade teacher in Cambridge who is facing a charge of transportation of child pornography admitted to secretly videotaping children changing in and out of their clothes on more than one occasion, according to federal law enforcement officials. Josh A. Wairi, 27, of Somerville was charged today in federal court in Boston in a criminal complaint filed by a US postal inspector. Critics of America Online's proposed "pay-to-send" e-mail program were angered late last week when e-mail messages containing their www.DearAOL.com Web page links were automatically bounced back to senders by AOL's antispam filters. Mail and Google's Gmail, but experts told UPI's The Web the free e-mail concept's time already may have passed. Only a small portion of Internet users take advantage of free e-mail accounts, with most preferring to use e-mail provided by commercial services or their own companies.
