AMBRIDGE -- An Ambridge man is facing multiple charges for serving alcohol to teenagers and then sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy, according to an Ambridge police report. Von Gene Barbee, 44, of 616 Olive Lane was charged with aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and endangering the welfare of a child for assaulting the boy, according to the criminal complaint.
