AMBRIDGE -- An Ambridge man is facing multiple charges for serving alcohol to teenagers and then sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy, according to an Ambridge police report.
Von Gene Barbee, 44, of 616 Olive Lane was charged with aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and endangering the welfare of a child for assaulting the boy, according to the criminal complaint.
Barbee was charged with two counts each of corruption of minors and furnishing alcohol to minors for providing beer to the teens in his home.
The victim said he and two teen girls were drinking beer in Barbee’s home on the evening of July 9. The boy told police he finished two cans of beer before Barbee took him in the kitchen and began kissing, fondling and undressing him. The episode ended when Barbee’s 9-year-old daughter appeared, according to the report.
A few minutes after Barbee and the boy returned to the living room, the girls said they were leaving for a short time to go to a store. The victim told police that after the girls left, Barbee began undressing and touching him again, and then forced him to the floor and demanded a sex act.
Barbee is described in the police report as 6 feet, 2 inches tall and 300 pounds, and the victim told police he was afraid and didn’t know how to free himself from the predicament.

Officer Zadock Dismuke said he had a hard time keeping his composure as the boy described what he said happened."He was crying profusely. It was hard to get him to open up at first. He was very scared. He ended up opening up," Dismuke said.
Dismuke said there is a strong possibility that Barbee has done this to other children.
"We are concerned that there are multiple victims out there and we have evidence suggesting that there are multiple victims out there. We are asking them to come forward and be strong like our original victim was," said Dismuke.

A 300 lb Barbee attacked a 14 year old boy. If this isn’t satire, then I predict it won’t go well in jail for a Barbee who likes little boys. Hope he gets what’s deserved.
