WALKING AL QUIDA IN BENGHAZIWHY AMBASSADOR STEVENS AND THREE OTHER AMERICANS DIED(Update october 24, 2012) As horrible as it may be to contemplate, is it possible that the gruesome death of our Ambassador in Benghazi was acutally a part of a Al Quida Gun Running scheme gone horribly awry? I believe that somehow it could be something along those line, because of all the unanswered questions there, the unbelievably chaotic and rushed manner in which the Obama administration tried to cover it up...and continued to cover it up well past all rational thinking would indicate that they were doing...

Folks, is it possible that the gruesome murder of our Ambassador in Benghazi was acutally the beginnings of an October surprize gone horribly awry? I believe that somehow, because of all the unanswered questions there...because of the unbelievably chaotic and rushed manner in which the Obama administration tried to cover it up...and continued to cover it up well past all rational thinking would indicate that they were doing ss...and because of just common sense questions, questions like: Why were new security requests for Benghazi denied after two recent attacks, one by an IED in June that left a 40ft...

Libyan rebel commander admits his fighters have al-Qaeda links Mr al-Hasidi...added that the "members of al-Qaeda are also good Muslims and are fighting against the invader". His revelations came even as Idriss Deby Itno, Chad's president, said al-Qaeda had managed to pillage military arsenals in the Libyan rebel zone and acquired arms, "including surface-to-air missiles, which were then smuggled into their sanctuaries". Mr al-Hasidi admitted he had earlier fought against "the foreign invasion" in Afghanistan, before being "captured in 2002 in Peshwar, in Pakistan". He was later handed over to the US, 5 years later released from GITMO and then...

Germany has been threatened with attacks for its presence in Afghanistan in a video released yesterday by the US centre for surveillance of Islamist sites (SITE). In the 30 minute Video message, a man calling himself Abu Talha Al-Alamani and presumed to be a member of al Queda says the Germans are "gullible and naive" if they thought they could "escape unscathed when they are the third occupation force in Afghanistan." The man, whose face is hidden by a black turban in the video, adds: "Letting me blow myself up in the name of Allah has been my wish since...

WASHINGTON - The CIA's top leaders failed to use their available powers, never developed a comprehensive plan to stop al-Qaida and missed crucial opportunities to thwart two hijackers in the run-up to Sept. 11, the agency's own watchdog concluded in a bruising report released Tuesday. Completed in June 2005 and kept classified until now, the 19-page executive summary finds extensive fault with the actions of senior CIA leaders and others beneath them. "The agency and its officers did not discharge their responsibilities in a satisfactory manner," the CIA inspector general found. "They did not always work effectively and cooperatively," the...

Bush’s giant Right Wing Noise Machine (RWNM) loves to preach about the Bush economic miracle. In fact, the RWNM’s current thinking is Bush doesn’t spend enough time talking about his economic triumphs. If only he did, then everyone would fall in line and believe in the great Bush economic miracle. There is one problem with this argument: it’s a lie. Any way you look at the Bush economy, it comes up short. Today, I want to compare Bush’s job creation record with other economic recoveries. As usual, Bush comes up way short. The national Bureau of Economic Research has identified...

Someone is apparently watching closely over the content of the freerepublic.com forums and censoring them 24/7 (though they might have...

CAIRO, Egypt - Five Islamic militant groups, including al-Qaida in Iraq, denounced the Iraqi elections as a "satanic project" that violates God's law and vowed to continue their war to establish an Islamic government in the country. But the Internet posting made no threats to disrupt Thursday's parliamentary elections, unlike previous statements before balloting in January and October, when militants warned they would attack polling stations to stop people from voting. ADVERTISEMENT The statement's authenticity could not be independently verified. If authentic, it was a rare instance of several of Iraq's militant groups joining together to announce their stance. "The...

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Al-Qaida's second-ranking figure called on Iraqi insurgent groups to unite and claimed President Bush is deceiving the American people about successes against Islamic militancy, according to a videotape broadcast Wednesday. Ayman al-Zawahri, in a broadcast carried on the Arab television network Al-Jazeera, urged Iraqi Arabs, Kurds and Turkomen "whose hands were not tainted by Americans" should come together to fill "the gap that will be left by the Americans departure" from Iraq. "I call all mujahedeen groups to unite and work closely to achieve the coming victory" in Iraq, he said.
