A federal judge ordered North Carolina to certify Democrat Allison Riggs as the winner of the hotly contested Supreme Court race. Last month the North Carolina Supreme Court ruled that most of the 65,000 questionable ballots must count in the hotly contested judicial race. The North Carolina Supreme Court race is the only uncalled statewide race remaining in the U.S. after the November 2024 elections.
