Donald Trump has shocked the world by banning the use of the most advanced AI by foreigners, including Britons, over national security fears. The Trump administration has ordered that Anthropic's latest systems, Fable 5 and Mythos 5, be cut off from non-Americans, including those based in the US. The AI systems are theoretically capable of conducting large-scale hacking attacks and developing bioweapons.
