BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (AP) _ An 11-year-old city girl who police said was impregnated by a 75-year-old man has given birth. A state Department of Children and Families spokeswoman confirmed Tuesday that the girl is now a mother. The girl and the baby are both in DCF custody. ``We will continue to be involved with her and the baby. Both are safe, spokeswoman Joan Gurski said.
