    A Chicago woman was charged today with first-degree murder in the weekend hanging death of her 4-year-old son in their Northwest Side home, CLTV reported. The Cook County medical examiner's office initially declared accidental the Saturday afternoon death of Jaqueir Dancy, but police this morning reclassified the incident as a homicide and charged the youth's mother, authorities said.
