On September 12th, a substitute teacher in Caddo Parish was detained for allegedly inciting classmates to assault and bully a classmate. Aadrina Smith, 24, was employed at North Caddo Elementary Middle School (Vivian, Louisiana) when the alleged incident allegedly occurred on August 23 during a P.E. class, according to a report received by the Caddo Youth Services Division.
