KABUL, April 27, 2010 – The discovery of six roadside bombs, including one that insurgents were in the process of planting, highlighted operations in Afghanistan yesterday and today, military officials reported. In Kandahar province’s Arghandab district this morning, an International Security Assistance Force patrol found a roadside bomb near a school. It detonated when an explosive ordnance disposal team was attempting to disarm it, but no one was hurt.
