Gallup started tracking former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's favorability rating more than 25 years ago, and based on the latest data, her public image has hit an all-time low. In the latest poll results, released Tuesday, Gallup concludes Clinton’s favorability has a 36 percent rating. President Barack Obama's approval ratings have fallen to a new low, with only 36 percent of Americans saying that they approve of the way he is handling his job overall, according to a new poll from the Economist/YouGov. A majority of Americans - 56 percent - disapprove of the president's performance.
