A woman suicide bomber from a Pakistan separatist group killed four people, including three Chinese nationals, in an attack on a minibus carrying staff from the Confucius Institute at Karachi University on Tuesday (Apr 26). The Baloch Liberation Army - one of several groups fighting for independence in Pakistan's biggest province - claimed responsibility, saying that it was the first suicide attack by a woman assailant. Six people were injured Friday evening when shooters entered a barbershop in northeastern Washington, D.C. According to D.C. Police Chief Peter Newsham, ten people were in the Snap's Styles Unlimited barbershop when three suspects entered the shop and opened fire at approximately 6:15p.m. The victims included a 5-year-old boy, who suffered a minor gunshot wound to his hand, Newsham added. In regard to potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material. This is not something I’ve ever been involved in, heard of, or would think would be wise policy. He made that statement before the facts about the sweep on Fox News’ James Rosen were known. Since then, it’s come to light that Holder himself approved the subpoena that, among other things, named Rosen as a criminal co-conspirator.

NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- New Haven's Vietnam War Memorial has been hit by vandals for the second time in two weeks. Both times, the memorial on Long Wharf was defaced by a spray painted message touting a violet street gang known as MS-13. Police said the gang, with roots in El Salvador, is not known to be active in New Haven. City officials said they are considering putting up cameras near the memorial to help protect it from future vandalism. No arrests have been made. The city plans to clean the monument on Monday.
