I had a really good post all ready to go.  There was a video posted by the Trinity United Church of Christ, which I found on their YouTube page, of Louis Farrakhan being honored with the Jeremiah A. Wright Trumpeter award.  It's gone from YouTube.  And there was a video of disgraced Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick receiving a similar award.  It's gone from YouTube, too. Well, cms, because they're hilarious. In fact, I'd say they're the best bits of political comedy we've seen so far this cycle. The "SwiftKids" videos don't "attack" the candidates--they attack the media for obsessing over Clinton's femininity, Obama's name and Edwards' haircut, and the rest of America for listening. That they manage to do so while amplifying the manipulative tone and texture of low-blow swiftboating--see: the children--is what elevates them from snark to satire.
