As Ukrainian forces move closer to the Kursk NPP Moscow is finally taking steps to protect it and its all-women guard force, but will it be too little, too late. The independent news site “Important Stories,” citing employees from the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant, says that the facility has been put at risk by negligence and hubris.
