What he wanted to say SHUI JUNYI: And, just as the Chinese people are talking about China's bilateral relations, China-US relations, many people believe that China has been putting great importance on relations between our two countries. But there are some confusions or questions again, that people in China feel that why there are always some people in America who always disregard the progress that has taken place in China, in areas like economic development, like culture, and even, to some extent, human rights. These we understand, to some extent, harm our bilateral relations. So people will say why can't ...

Sean Hannity has request that I appear on Hannity and Colmes to rebuke Jesse Jackson's recent call for a boycott of Toyota over an ad they ran of a smiling blackman with a small Toyota Truck imprinted on his front tooth. Jackson's call of a boycott has been met with a huge YAWN from most Americans and others know this is nothing more than a further attempt by Jackson to keep his name in the news, but the point of my appearance is not to give Jackson's name a boost or thumbs down to his protest. Rev. Jesse L. Peterson ...

Lizzie and the Suckerfish Tales from America's new class war. It was a pleasant night in the Hamptons, the resort coast on Long Island which is home to both ordinary locals and thousands of rich Manhattanites who flock there on summer weekends. Most of the time, these two groups exist uneasily. The locals wait on tables, tend lawns, paint houses, clean bathrooms. The Manhattanites go to expensive restaurants, arrive by helicopter or BMW, and recreate in the calm atmosphere of the dusty white sand beaches a simulacrum of downtown buzz. You can cut the tension in the air with a ...
