CHRISTMAS BIBLE-ART EPISODE #2 of 33 GABRIEL'S AMAZING NEWS FOR ZECHARIAH L U K E CHAPTER 1 In the time of Herod king of Judea there was a priest named Zechariah, who belonged to the priestly division of Abijah; his wife Elizabeth was also a descendant of Aaron. Both of them were upright in the sight of God, observing all the Lord’s commandments and regulations blamelessly. But they had no children, because Elizabeth was barren; and they were both well along in years. Once when Zechariah’s division was on duty and he was serving as priest before God, he...

Imagine a scenario in which large numbers of white people start saying that they “feel black,” and that because of this feeling, and their enjoyment of stereotypically “black behavior,” they are now not just black themselves, but the most marginalized and vulnerable type of black person. Imagine them insisting that they should be the main focus of all activism meant to help PoC. Imagine them having operations to darken their skin and mimic stereotypically black features. Imagine them walking around in blackface, and saying it’s the exact same thing as actually being black. Imagine them being honored as black citizens...

MAGA Republicans are going to prevail in the next two national elections. We are going to applaud so much that our hands will hurt. This is going to come about for a composite of reasons, the most obvious being the Democrats’ complete lack of available talent. Their most marketable candidate is California’s Governor Hair Gel, but the reality of his state’s decline during his watch is an enormous albatross hanging around his neck. He’s soon to be termed out and will then be condemned to spend over a year wandering in the wilderness, preaching to the choir. Other than Newsom,...

Context: Omer Shem Tov, an Israeli who spent 505 days as a hostage of Hamas, described the fear and anxiety he observed among his captors following Donald Trump's election victory in November 2024. During his captivity, Shem Tov was forced to work in Hamas's tunnel system, but noted a shift in his treatment after the election, including improved rations, as the group appeared to anticipate significant changes. Released in February 2025, he expressed gratitude toward Trump for his efforts in securing hostages' freedom and fostering peace in the region, as a cease-fire was established following Trump's 20-point peace plan. Shem...

Daily Readings from the USCCBThird Sunday of Advent“Go and tell John what you hear and see: the blind regain their sight, the lame walk, lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor have the good news proclaimed to them. And blessed is the one who takes no offense at me.” Matthew 11:4–6Suppose a priest came to your church to put on a parish mission, and during that mission he miraculously healed the blind, crippled, terminally ill, and deaf. What if he even raised the dead to life? How would you respond? Most likely with amazement!...

During the Christmas season, some family traditions include watching many of the different movie versions of Charles Dickens’s novel, “A Christmas Carol”. Comparing the original book to the movies, some movies are fairly accurate and entertaining, while others have so vastly missed its essence that one begs the question, “Did they read the book?” Charles Dickens’s “A Christmas Carol” tells the story of the ghost of Ebenezer Scrooge’s former business partner and “good friend,” Jacob Marley, who temporarily returns from hell to warn Scrooge to turn from his wicked ways. Marley explains that “Three Spirits” will visit Scrooge, with the...

I can't find nor see/understand anything unscriptural about this message and couldn't wait to attempt to re-publish a timely and critical message that I (for one) have never heard another man propose, yet . . . . it is something I have suspected since I was saved in 1981.Pastor Hibbs has the gift of communication in very understandable language.I woke up this morning and this is what I heard . . . .

When I was shaken awake by my panicked wife, around 5 a.m. on Friday morning, to the news that our former home had been the target of an antisemitic attack, I was upset—but not shocked. That’s because there is nothing unusual about what happened. As co-CEO of the Executive Council of Australian Jewry, I spend my days advocating for my country’s Jewish community—which numbers around 120,000 people. And since October 7, 2023, I have woken many times to news like this. Staff, journalists, and politicians have all called in the small hours to inform me that a synagogue is burning,...

There are so many lies and liars, it’s hard to know where to begin, but here are my takes on this week’s unveiling of them. Let’s begin with science. Seems like just yesterday Dr. Fauci and his crew were promoting “follow the science.” Well, I follow what passes for it, and if you follow the direction it’s been heading in recent decades you’ll be trapped in a remote ditch. SCIENCE1) NeuroscienceDo you remember reading articles and books by Oliver Sacks? Perhaps the best known were Awakenings and The Man Who Mistook his Wife for a Hat. From 1992 to 2024,...
