An optimistic prediction for the midterms

MAGA Republicans are going to prevail in the next two national elections. We are going to applaud so much that our hands will hurt. This is going to come about for a composite of reasons, the most obvious being the Democrats’ complete lack of available talent.

Their most marketable candidate is California’s Governor Hair Gel, but the reality of his state’s decline during his watch is an enormous albatross hanging around his neck. He’s soon to be termed out and will then be condemned to spend over a year wandering in the wilderness, preaching to the choir. Other than Newsom, all they have left is the obviously stupid and used-up Kamala, while other wannabes will be grappling for media attention and finding slim pickings. Then, of course, there are always AOC and Beto...AKA “The Brain Trust.”

The real impediment that is keeping the Dems away from noticeable success is their profound advocacy for a seriously unpopular agenda. There is really no viable constituency for the genital mutilation of children, let alone the facilitation of a foreign invasion of the U.S. coupled with suppressed assimilation and the imposed tolerance of criminal conduct. And just now the coddling of criminally syndicated narco-terrorists has reared its ugly head.

To Democrats, there’s always a shortage of tax revenue. The sacred cow of public transportation has been eclipsed by more convenient and less capital-intensive means, such as Uber, Lyft, and Waymo. Rather than just yield to common sense, the perpetrators of government-provided conveyance are shouting from the rooftops for more taxes in order to further subsidize the maintenance of their pet dinosaur.

As a result, change is in the air. This change is transcending ideology and has been demonstrated from a rather unlikely source. Tom Steyer is a tree-hugging hedge fund billionaire.

I hope President Trump holds midterm rallies. That would help motivate turnout.

It is necessary for Republicans to actually start prosecuting corrupt Democrats. For all of 2026 we could blanket the news with revelations, evidence, and trials of all the major figures and really show the public what the real insurrection was all about. Sure, CNN and MSNBC would try not to cover that news, but the legacy media is not the only game in town, and word would get out. But the Republicans have to really make the effort.

With no prosecution of the corrupt, I think we lose big time.

‘It is necessary for Republicans to actually start prosecuting corrupt Democrats’

Big time! We can start with the Clinton crime cartel.

Senate Republicans refuse to end the filibuster rule and pass the MAGA agenda. Thus the MAGA agenda won't be codified and the MAGA voters (who are the majority of the country) won't be excited to vote in 2026.

The smaller number of voters, the TDS'ers, the nutjobs, the brainwashed and the idiots will be excited to turn out in '26 and vote blue.

We've already seen this happen this fall.

The GOP only knows how to lay down so the demo-rats can use them as door mats. Just look at what the Republicans are doing to Trumps agenda, supporting it? Hell no.

. . . may be interesting to watch for defections from the lapdog media supporters of autocratic micro-management. There already seems to be a trickle, but job-jockeying is fairly common among the scribes.

This is not going to happen except in a few isolated incidents. The lapdog media is, by their very nature, lazy and leftist. They got where they did by parroting the party line and avoiding any actual journalism. People who might not agree with them were carefully culled from their ranks not only because that was what their party mandated but because such people were capable of doing something else and moved on to other fields.

Many years ago, I was one of them.

An optimistic prediction for the midterms

Election fraud in Venezuela exposes (further exposes) CIA election machinations, Dominion, Scytl, Scorecard, Hammer, etc

The latter led to The Steal of 2020

CIC DJT declares National Emergency, wrt elections

DJT issues EO to secure midterms

Nationwide, elimination of no-excuse mail-in balloting

Nationwide, one-day (possibly two) election - no early voting

Voter roles declared null and void, and reconstructed on 3000+ county basis, requires proof of citizenship

Yes, absolutely, we have to get rid of the filibuster and pass legislation to codify MAGA into law. That will help the nation and prevent the Woke movement from seizing power in 2026 and 2028.

However, even if put up to a vote, it's doubtful the filibuster would be nuked, thanks to Rand Paul, McConnell, and the abortion twins (Murkowski and Collins).

I’m not so sure. I’ve talked to a few small business owners that have voted for Republicans every election. A couple of them say they will not vote for any party, and a couple said they are voting Democrat for the first time ever.

The issue…the healthcare subsidy cliff. They feel they can’t risk the $1 over AGI trigger. They are spitting mad. I have to hand it to Democrats - they created the perfect poison pill. They destroyed the normal insurance market, forcing people into Obamacare, then temporarily removed the cliff, so that it would expire like a financial nuke for many hard working small business owners.

Republicans have totally blown it, by not coming up with anything. I think they stupidly assumed their voters didn’t have these plans, which is a huge error.

Hope this article is correct, but even though I'll be campaigning for MEGA (Bryon Daniels or Jay Collins are the two I'm keeping in mind for Florida's Governor.). I'm not sure if voters will vote for RINOs. They might vote third party or not at all.

We need to run on term limits, transparency in laws being introduced, voting reform (if the pioneers can go out one day, vote and get the results 2 hours after the polls close in the 1800s, we should do it TODAY.) and no lobbying after you retire.

1. Prosecute the corrupt, and

2. Codify Trump’s agenda.

Otherwise, face a huge election defeat.

Exactly.... unless and until this President and Administration punishes or destroys the Left’s unethical, illegal and corrupt practices and weaponization of the Legal system, all we’re doing is passing time until “they’re” in charge again.

There will be more money in people’s pockets next year…due to changes in tax rates.
