(KSEE/KGPE) – A woman who was wanted after allegedly stealing thousands of dollars worth of merchandise at an Ulta store in Visalia last year has been arrested, according to the Visalia Police Department. Police say they arrested Tracie Wooster, who was arrested on suspicion of taking $2,600 from Ulta Beauty Store on Mooney Boulevard last year.
