For the past half hour or so, FR has been slow to respond, with a long delay. Refreshing a page pauses for 10-30 seconds, then suddenly bingo it's there. All other sites are acting normally. The number of people using Gaelic has increased across Scotland despite a decline in the language's heartland, according to the latest census data.
