For years, the World Health Organization has considered the Nipah virus to be a “priority pathogen” because it has the potential to cause a worldwide pandemic. Thankfully, up to this point that has not happened, but now an outbreak in India is making headlines all over the globe. Two victims have already died, and there are four others that have tested positive. A five kilometer containment zone has been established around the homes of the two men that died, and schools and businesses in the region are being forced to shut down. Authorities are hoping that such extreme measures will...

A lot is at stake in Virginia’s election this November: all 140 seats in the state House and Senate are up for grabs. With redistricting and over a dozen retirements, including Senate leaders from both parties, this year’s election is more competitive and uncertain than in previous years. All possible outcomes are within reach. Republicans could keep the House and win the Senate, paving the path for Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin to achieve his conservative agenda over the next two years. The success would inform Republican strategies for the national races in 2024 and give Mr. Youngkin’s presidential ambition, whether...

ISTANBUL -- Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that he trusts Russia as much he trusts the West. Explaining his recent meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Erdogan said he had failed to get him to resume the Black Sea grain deal the Kremlin withdrew from in July but had elicited a pledge for Russia to supply 1 million tons of grain to Africa. “I have no reason not to trust them,” Erdogan said during an interview late Monday with U.S. broadcaster PBS in New York, where he is attending the U.N. General Assembly. “To the extent the West is...

News is just a non-stop Psy-Op now Sydney is getting five warm days in a row and the Sydney Morning Horror is warning that it could be deadly. Even newspapers in Belgium think their readers need to know there’s a warm spring in Australia — 10 – 15 degrees above average. It’s not even a record. Not even “the hottest in history” — just by golly, a bit warmer than a similar September heatwave, you know, nine years ago. It was 35.6 degrees in September 2000 — so after 23 years of global warming, it’s not even hotter. Driving a...

Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick on Monday made good on a promise in calling for an audit of all impeachment expenses to get a full picture of how much the House General Investigating Committee cost Texas taxpayers, including the GIC’s secret investigation it began in March, the House impeachment proceedings and all House and Senate trial-related costs. On Saturday, Patrick gave a statement after the Senate voted to acquit Attorney General Ken Paxton of all charges. He chastised the House managers, Speaker Dade Phelan, and House General Investigating Committee chair Andrew Murr, R-Junction, for bringing impeachment charges without evidence to...

Republican presidential candidate Ron DeSantis says Donald Trump’s recent statements on the abortion issue show the former president’s “values” are out of step with Iowa GOP voters. Trump said during an interview with NBC’s “Meet the Press” that the six week abortion ban DeSantis signed into law this spring was a terrible mistake. “Donald Trump may think it’s terrible. I think protecting babies with heartbeats is noble and just and I’m proud to have signed the heartbeat bill in Florida and I know Iowa has similar legislation,” DeSantis says. “I don’t know how you can even make the claim that...

The Department of the Interior on Monday announced a proposal to bar oil and gas development in large swathes of New Mexico in a bid to protect sensitive lands that some Indian tribes consider sacred. The ban would affect more than 4,000 acres within Sandoval County, and aims to "safeguard sacred Tribal lands, boost important local recreation opportunities, and support wildlife habitat connectivity," the agency stated. Prohibitions would last for 50 years but not impact existing development rights. "Today we’re responding to calls from Tribes, elected leaders, and community members who want to see these public lands protected. We look...

According to the September 13th story over at globalist talking heads The Economist titled "How to get ready for the end of the world," with a subtitle of "Britain’s latest risk register anticipates the apocalypse in detail," the highest scoring 'threat factor' going forward is, you guessed it, a new "Pandemic." With that globalist run outlet again tying together "Pandemic" with "End of the World" in their readers minds, we shouldn't be at all surprised as they push for the next round of lockdowns, masks and what we all know now to be 'lethal' injections. That story coming out just...

The current housing market is showing some concerning trends: House Hacking and Leverage: The term “house hacking” may sound catchy, but it essentially boils down to taking on a substantial amount of leverage with just a 5% down payment and rolling up equity to expand that leverage. This approach reflects the level of greed prevalent in this economic cycle. Many individuals are focusing on the paper value of their assets while excluding their debt, which is largely illiquid, especially in a slowing market. It’s a strategy that can make them seem more financially impressive than they truly are. The big...

A woman who surgically transitioned as a teenager into a transgender male is suing the doctors who performed a double mastectomy on her. Luka Hein, a woman from Minnesota who is now 21, had a double mastectomy performed on her when she was 16 years old at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, DailyMail.com reported. She filed a lawsuit last Wednesday against the doctors, alleging malpractice and seeking financial damages. The University of Nebraska Medical Center told Just the News on Monday that it "will not comment on pending litigation." In July 2017, Hein says she was diagnosed with gender...

Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign is more of a well-oiled machine than his first scattershot bid when he learned on the fly and threw together an operation that ignored the traditional nuts and bolts of running for president. The more professional nature of his campaign’s structure and the legwork his allies are putting in to prepare for a presidential transition is setting the stage for a far less chaotic scene if Mr. Trump seizes the nomination and then returns to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. The America First Policy Institute, a think tank founded in 2021 to promote Mr. Trump’s policies, is...

It’s not like we have not seen this coming. Andy Stanley is set to host the “Unconditional Conference” at a campus of North Point Community Church in coming days and the website for the conference bills it as a “two-day premier event” especially designed for parents of LGBTQ+ children and ministry leaders. “You will be equipped, refreshed, and inspired as you hear from leading communicators on topics that speak to your heart, soul, and mind,” it promises. One statement stands out in the description: “No matter what theological stance you hold, we invite you to listen, reflect, and learn as...

A New England Patriots season ticket holder has been 'beaten to death' by a Miami Dolphins supporter at the Gillette Stadium, according to witnesses. Father-of-two Dale Mooney, 53, of Newmarket, New Hampshire, died following an incident in the 300-tier segment of the arena just before 11pm on Sunday. The Norfolk County DA's Office said cops responded to calls for medical aid in the section at 10.57pm and 'the matter remains under active investigation'. A photo from the Foxborough, Massachusetts stadium show EMTs scrambling to revive someone who is out of shot on the ground as worried fans watch on. Videos...
