Detransitioned woman files latest of several suits over sex-surgery performed when they were teens

A woman who surgically transitioned as a teenager into a transgender male is suing the doctors who performed a double mastectomy on her.

Luka Hein, a woman from Minnesota who is now 21, had a double mastectomy performed on her when she was 16 years old at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, DailyMail.com reported. She filed a lawsuit last Wednesday against the doctors, alleging malpractice and seeking financial damages.

The University of Nebraska Medical Center told Just the News on Monday that it "will not comment on pending litigation."

In July 2017, Hein says she was diagnosed with gender identity disorder after 55 minutes in her initial session at a clinic.

Hein is only one of the latest of several women who have "detransitioned" and filed lawsuits against their doctors for surgeries performed on them as minors. A Texas woman sued her former doctors for more than $1 million, claiming "they coerced her into gender modification treatment and a double mastectomy" according to The Texan.

The number of patients suing will continue to grow as these children grow older and come to their senses. Eventually, malpractice insurance companies will refuse to provide insurance coverage to the hospitals and physicians who provide mutilation services. I suspect at some point a child will include her/his parents as defendants as well.

I suspect most of these claims will be thrown out of court. It’s not “malpractice” if you sign up for a surgical procedure and it is done exactly as proscribed.

The real target of a malpractice claim would be against the psychologist who recommended the totally unnecessary surgery in the first place.

What if the patient was a child under 18?

Can a minor give informed consent for any and all medical procedures and surgeries?

That’s a whole other side to this. I can guarantee you that a parent or guardian had to approve this procedure for the minor. The defendants in this lawsuit will certainly file third-party claims against the adult(s) who signed off on the surgery.

In almost every one of these cases, the real culprit is one or both parents — usually a single mother.

Sue the parents for consenting.

The psychiatrist is liable but so is the surgeon, just as if he had performed liposuction on an anorexic. ...or removed a lower leg, a hand, and an eye from a child who believed he was a pirate.

That the teenager's parent signed off on it just means that the hospital staff should have called protective services.

Children cannot consent to mutilation and sterilization. If their parent signs off on it, that's evidence to be used to take the child away from them and that the parent should be institutionalized.

I hope that under some theory of liability, these suits find success because monetary liability/licensure revocation is the only thing that will stop this crazed mutilation of humanity.

Hopefully, the doctors and hospitals can be sued into oblivion.

In some cases, if the parent does not consent, the child can be forcibly removed, and the parents arrested for child abuse, after which the procedure is done. If the doctor does not recommend or is unwilling to perform such a barbaric procedure, they can lose their job, license to practice medicine, and be sued into bankruptcy.

Lawyers know there are millions of dollars waiting for them in easy to win cases of this demonic trans BS transitioning being pushed onto teens. School systems will be paying out due to the moron teachers they hired. Same for evil Docs and their hospitals. The most evil thing (for me) is girls getting their breasts cut off to “become” boys. Sickening.

If someone wants to go trans after age 18 or so, then this is more their own personal business. That they cannot blame on the Trans / gay / drag queen mafias.

The adult trans pushers always claim that the teen will commit suicide if they are not allowed to transition. A stinking lie right out of their playbook, that is claimed almost 100% of the time.

If a cancer specialist diagnoses a patient with kidney cancer and recommends the removal of one kidney, I don’t see how the surgeon who does the procedure would be liable if it turns out that the cancer diagnosis was incorrect.

Tumor boards in hospitals have been around for a hundred years.

They are made up of different specialists who review the microscopic pathology reports and slides and the other studies showing the extent of disease, the overall health of the patient, etc.

Then they make a recommendation regarding chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery, etc.

Surgeons would not act as solitary agents in such a setting.

A psychiatrist isn't an organ specialist and a surgeon who performs surgery on someone because a psychiatrist directed it is a fool or simply complicit in the crime.

A surgeon would be in prison and the hospital sued into oblivion if the surgeon performed liposuction on an anexoric, yet sterilizing and mutilating children is okay.

The parents are being caught in an impossible situation.
There are social workers and judges who will remove kids from their custody if they don’t “ affirm” their kids’ sexual dysphoria.

These same doctors would probably have been sued if they had refused to perform the surgeries, denying the patients their civil rights, or some other such claptrap.
