Today on the steps of the Victorian Parliament, I have seen very passionate pro-freedom protestors pepper sprayed, bashed and arrested by the corrupted police force of a Socialist Left State Government. Not all these cops are bad cops (I believe the majority are OK) but the way this police force is used by politicians to back up PC crap with institutionalized fear is profoundly bad. (https://freedom-demokrasi-and-civilised-humanity.com/2018/02/08/an-open-letter-to-daniel-andrews-police-state-tactics-from-the-alp/) This crap has been going on for far too long. Today saW a police woman on the front line at this confrontation between freedom and tyranny wearing no identity. A police officer next to...

Democrats tried to frame the 2022 midterms as a referendum on Republicans, whom they’ve branded a “threat to democracy,” but the real threat to our nation is how little Americans can trust elections that drag on for days or weeks. Many Americans already have a hard time believing that although nearly 75 percent of voters think the country is on the wrong track, they chose to keep many of the same crises-causing candidates. But assuming that discrepancy can be explained by the Democrats’ get-out-the-vote machine and other factors, Americans have bigger doubts — namely that three days after polls closed, voters...

On this date in 1954, railway official Ewald Misera and civil engineer Karli Bandelow were beheaded in Dresden as West German spies. They had been recruited to inform for the West German Gehlen Organization, an intelligence apparatus directed, as its name implied, by former Third Reich spymaster Reinhard Gehlen. Gehlen had the honor to be dismissed by Hitler in the war’s closing days for his accurately defeatist reports on the overwhelming strength of the advancing Red Army, but for the western Allies — to whom he savvily surrendered — his expertise on and contacts in eastern Europe were very well...

Believe it or not, California thinks it has a solution to the homelessness problem that can be solved with additional taxation! Go figure.A new measure in Los Angeles, called Measure ULA, is set to generate $900 million in taxes that will then be used for housing subsidies and tenant protections. The tax is essentially a levy on all property sales of more than $5 million, according to Bloomberg. This "mansion tax", if it passes, will look to "speed new construction and deliver a way out of the city’s spiraling homelessness crisis", according to Bloomberg. It could generate some $900 million per...

Researchers can’t tell you if coffee, salt, or alcohol are good or bad for you, but a climate scientist can tell you the exact date on which the world is going to end, despite not even having the ability to do comparative experiments or even much useful observational analysis.A climate scientist can tell you the exact temperature on a date in 1066 AD and draw a hockey stick showing the apocalypse occurring at 12:01 A.M. on February 2nd, 2032, but a scientist studying Vitamin C intake can’t tell you whether it can really make a cold go away a day...

A secessionist movement in eastern Oregon fed up with the state's liberal policies gained more steam after Tuesday's midterm elections. Two Oregon counties, Morrow and Wheeler, voted to ask the Legislature to redraw the state's border and let them join conservative Idaho. Greater Idaho is behind the drive to convince state legislatures to move the Oregon/Idaho border to make conservative counties of Oregon into counties of Idaho. The group also is advocating for portions of southeastern Washington and northeastern California to join Idaho, which it said aligns more with the region's conservative values.

The Taliban has ordered Afghan women to wear burkas in public. The burka, which covers the wearer from head to toe and leaves only a person’s eyes exposed, became the group’s staple order on women in Afghanistan during its first reign of terror, between 1996 and 2001. The decision to re-introduce the garment serves as a chilling echo of the drastic restrictions Afghan women are once again facing under the Taliban’s control. If women have no important work outside the home, they should stay at home, the group also declared. Refusal to comply with the order can result in a...

The trouble with Toyota is, they have been number 1 in the car business for so long, they find it hard to turn round and even contemplate reducing their dominant position in the ICE vehicles to commit seriously to...

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is being asked to provide data on how many children infected with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) have received a COVID-19 vaccine prior to their diagnosis, according to Aaron Siri, a lawyer representing the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN). “Our firm, on behalf of our client Informed Consent Action Network, sent the letter to the CDC asking for follow-up on this issue,” Siri wrote in an email to The Epoch Times, adding that FOIA requests have also been submitted. “If the CDC chooses not to respond to the letter, they will at least...

The Taliban claimed it 'tried its best' to keep areas open to women ... The Taliban will ban women from using gyms and entering parks due to issues with citizens not adhering to gender segregation and headscarf rules. "Unfortunately, the orders were not obeyed and the rules were violated, and we had to close parks and gyms for women," Mohammed Akef Mohajer, spokesman for the Afghan Ministry of Virtue and Vice, said.
