Vice President Kamala Harris laughed during a press conference in Poland on Thursday after being asked whether the US will make a specific allocation for Ukrainian refugees. Harris and Poland’s President Andrzej Duda had both just been asked to answer questions from the same reporter about the US accepting Ukrainian refugees.
