In an interview with Fox News Digital following his remarks at CPAC, Alaska Gov. Mike Dunleavy said a breaking point is indeed "imminent" for when the United States must stop relying on rival countries to power itself.
Dunleavy, a Republican, spoke both in his conference remarks and interview about the Last Frontier's potential for energy dominance amid President Biden's crackdown on domestic oil production, as Russia's invasion of Ukraine brings new focus to the issue.
Dunleavy has long championed Alaska's vast natural resources -- such as the Section 1002 Area in the northern part of the state, which includes part of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) – where former President Trump sought to increase oil and gas development.

Ummmm....well.....It’s pretty simple, really.
UniParty hacks don’t attack other UniParty hacks IF they want to stay UniParty hacks. They’re ALL on the same team. Sure...they all wear different hats and spew different lies to their unwashed constituencies, but they all have the same goals and agenda...and we ain’t part of it.
I saw that and it was sickening, Biden is sickening, this entire debacle is sickening and has been since Biden was fraudulently elected POTUS.
The lies continue to pile up for one purpose and that is to cover for Biden’s blunders. I expect it from DEMOCRATS. The Republicans are counting on the mid terms and they better get on the right side because they are failing.
If we don’t start expanding energy right now today, the 2022-2023 home heating season will be an international calamity unlike anything the world has ever witnessed.
The real question I have is, if we get ourselves into a scrap with Russia, where the h^#l will WE get the energy to carry out a war?
Slow Joe is beholden to the crazies on the Left, and they’ll burn the country down if he starts drilling. Poor baby, stuck in the middle. I don’t feel sorry for him one bit. He brought all of this on himself - and this country. Biden just plain sucks.
While this sucks in the short term, this is such a big issue and the Gaia worshipers are so overplaying their hand, that I think they are really going to damage themselves long term. The soaring gas prices are a cudgel the Republicans will be able to use to beat the Donkeys over the head with for many years to come. This obviously hurts the poor and middle class far more than it hurts wealthy NYC/San Francisco Democrats.
