The attorney for James and Jennnifer Crumbley, the parents of the accused Oxford High School shooting suspect, says they are turning themselves in to face involuntary manslaughter charges. Attorney Shannon Smith late Friday afternoon indicated the Crumbleys were returning to face charges, according to the Detroit News. A Council Bluffs high school math teacher accused of writing anonymous notes left at the school threatening a school shooting is no longer with the district. Katrina Phelan, 37, turned herself in to authorities Wednesday after a warrant was issued for her arrest on three counts of threats of terrorism. A 22-year-old man has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to a 2018 Greenfield homicide investigation. Greenfield Police said Nathyn Timothy Gallardo is accused of shooting 32-year-old Joseph Suniga in February 2018. At the time of the shooting, police said Suniga was riding his bike on Apple Avenue.
